From what I can see, I believe you are going to develop a catering business with your students .... am I correct? If so, the middle (main box for the map) should have put the Catering Business in that box. You need to thoroughly think of everything students will need to know to be able to do this.
Also, there will probably need to be an oven added to kitchen equipment and the safety with it.
